Modular tutorial-style training sessions to provide guidance on Strategy & Implementation of Stress and Mental Health Management in the Workplace.

Intended for key personnel and policy/strategy makers, these six modules follow the “Introduction to Managing Stress and Mental Health in the Workplace” course to build on delegates’ knowledge over time. The aim is to support attendees with a 360-degree strategy and implementation plan on managing stress and mental ill health in the workplace and then develop a monitoring and evaluation system to maintain ongoing successful management.

    • Building staff awareness through training:
      • MHFA Mental Health First Aider certification

      • Line Manager, Wellbeing Champion, employee training and awareness in resilience, mindfulness, work/life balance

Price and availability:

The Strategy & Implementation of Stress and Mental Health Management in the Workplace course is a modular training series, so delegates can pick and choose which modules they wish to attend. There is no need to attend them in any order, and you do not have to have completed an earlier module before starting a later one.
